Child Care Workforce Recruiting and Retention

No matter where you are in New Hampshire, there is a job for you! Our children and families need you to help shape the future of our communities. Become an early education and out of school time provider and make an impact on the next generation!

The early years of a child’s life are foundational, laying the groundwork for their cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Those who embark on a career in early childhood education and out-of-school time play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where New Hampshire’s children can flourish.

What is the Child Care Workforce Recruiting and Retention Project?

The goal of the project is to support a variety of approaches aimed at re-building and growing the sector after the COVID-19 pandemic. Child Care involves all members of the community from program directors, businesses, colleges and universities, unemployment assistance offices, high school career and technical education programs and community-based agencies.
