The Granite YMCA Workforce Development Apprenticeship Program is dedicated to tackling New Hampshire’s childcare shortage and building a stronger community by developing the next generation of early childhood education and youth development professionals.

This brand new and highly immersive 10-week program offers hands-on learning opportunities across various settings, providing you with intentional training, peer discussions, and real-world application. You’ll gain invaluable experience while working towards NH credentials, making a lasting impact on the lives of children, from infants as young as 12 weeks to school-aged youth.

Work Hours/Pay Range:

  • Schedule may vary based on participant and program needs but will be a minimum of 32 hours per week and operate Monday through Friday between the hours 7a-6p
  • Trainings will include in-person and virtual settings
  • Required classroom placements are on-site

This is a full-time, hourly position with an additional benefit package that includes:
